From conceptualizing and constructing the foundation of your cake to meticulously crafting and scheduling intricate decorations, Jackie's expertise will be your compass. With a background in both fine arts, majoring in Painting at the prestigious University of The Philippines, Diliman, and a family legacy deeply rooted in the cake industry, Jackie has inherited the mantle from her grandmother, Avelina Carbungco-Florendo—the original cake queen of the Philippines.

Building upon her family's rich heritage, Jackie has taken the responsibility of preserving and expanding this legacy through teaching and continuous learning. She actively participates in culinary and design workshops led by renowned industry leaders, ensuring she stays at the forefront of cake artistry.
 

What distinguishes Jackie is not only her cake lineage but also her remarkable achievements. Since 2017, she has been imparting her knowledge to students from around the globe. Her expertise has been recognized in prestigious cake competitions, where she serves as a panelist and judge. Furthermore, she has become a sought-after design consultant for pastry businesses, both locally and internationally.

Notably, over the past three years, Jackie has honed her craft while adapting to the pandemic's challenges. She temporarily shifted her focus from in-person workshops to cake production, capitalizing on the surge in demand for home celebrations.
